Happy Halloween
Hey folks, happy halloween! I hope yall got some good candy, either the sweet sugary kind or otherwise. Today in MCL we finially finished the Bless Me, Ultima altars. After school, after eating and getting denied by the damn yearbook people, Jhermaine came over to my house around 4:15. Around 4:45 or so we arrived at the rec to meet up with everyone else for trick or canning. Too bad when I got there some accord lx was blocking my way. Anyways the whole thing lasted until 7:15 or so for us, with Tom, Jhermaine, Rob and I assigned basically everything below the rec center and behind the school. We probably again got the most cans, so enough with that garbage. After eating dinner at home, I went back up to Willy's house where I found out he was going to get slaved and the rest of us were supposed to meet at Mare's house. Too bad after waiting 10 minutes outside her house, we learned we were supposed to go to Gareth's house. Too bad when we got there we learned we were supposed to go to Chris W's house. We stayed there for about 45 minutes, just in time to find out that Dawson's dad died in a car accident in Dawson's Creek. Jhermaine then came to my house and ended up leaving around 10:20 PM.

Rollback One Hour
I woke up today to see the clock at 10:30 AM, and I remember thinking, WTF...have to work in 30 minutes. Then I remembered that it was actually 9:30 lol. Anyways I worked today, and it sucked as usual. After working I picked up a sleek silver tie for myself, for the mock trial coming up pretty soon. After eating dinner at home, some of the guys went over to Nick's house to watch Iron Monkey and Freddie Got Fingered. Nothing special with monkey, just a typical chink style martial arts movie with the usual dubbed audio. Nothing special about fingered either. It was funny at times, but for some reason Tom Green's movies are just stupid to me. Maybe it's just so funny it's stupid, or it's not funny at all that makes it stupid, i dunno, that's just what I think of him. In between movies Will, Jhermaine and I went to go get some pizza from Round Tables. After hanging around for two hours or so, the last of us left around 2 AM.

Paintballing
Friday was pretty cool I guess. During lunch we took some senior buddy pics. In MCL Nick, Chester and I presented our El Dia De Los Muertos Altar. It went pretty well for all of us if I might say so myself. After school I left some contact info at the office asking them to call some of my previously employed teachers asking them to contact me sometime, got some scholorship info, and asked about the government test we took a few days back. Apparently I got only one wrong [owned] on the scantron portion. After school some of us went to play some basketball. Around 7 PM or so my cousin came over to our house to eat some dinner. My brother and I spent the night as his apartment last night, as we got up at 7 AM this morning to go paintballing somewhere on the way to Santa Cruz. I must say it's a pretty cool sport, no matter how physically demanding it is. We played about 9 games or so, with me being the only one left on both the camping the flag and ctf style of play. Too bad we ended up losing lol. I must throw in the fact that the cheap 100 dollar retail rental guns suck ass compared to the 1k higher end models. My bro and I ended up shooting about 130 dollars worth of paintballs, or about 3300 shots. Anyways we got out about 4 PM or so. I got home around 8 PM. Damnit I have to work tomorrow :\

Damn Sony
Apparently the time and money I spent sending my camera to Sony to repair was useless. They ended up repairing shit. I still get the same problems. Wtf, what happened to Sony caliber quality here. Damnit. I'm going to want a new unit of a different model. Damn them, I'm dissapointed.

What's Up
Well nothing really has been happening. Got my test back in APES, where I got a C. I guess my B is still secured. Then tutorial, then I got beat by special teams, damn. I don't feel pity for them anymore. Anyways in Physics H. we started a lab that was pretty cool I guess. It involved dropping weights to see the acceleration. I then took a test in 5th period Government class, which went well. The test turned out to be easier than I thought it would. We started presentations in MCL, so now I have a slight idea of what's going on there. I leave you now with a quote.

Abundance Of Tests
Let's see, today I took a test first period in APES [AP Env Sci]. That wasn't that bad, but it wasn't exactly easy as well. Hopefully my B is still secured there. After falling asleep 2nd period in AP Stat, I woke up in time to listen to some Physics H. We played some jeapordy in U.S. Government, and it looks like the test in that class tomorrow is going to be really hard, so this will be one of the few times I'll study for a social studies test. In 6th period MCL, we took a test on the latter half of Bless Me, Ultima, which was easy, but I missed one question damnit. Damn all these tests. Luckily Mr. Fottrell moved the physics test till second quarter. Oh well tomorrow's Wednesday, we'll see what's up. Oh yea, gnidaer sdrawkcab, what's up wit dat?

CVHS Homecoming
Yay so yesterday was our homecoming day. The day started out early, as I got up at 5:40 AM or so to go somewhere with Chester. The school day was pretty cool and easy, but we actually had to work in two classes. After MCL [hmm] Will, Kevin, Chester, Nick and I went to Taco Bell to each lunch. I don't know what happened, but our class [the senior class] got last. What's up with that? Rigged or some shit. For each of the following categories, march, male cheerleading, song girls, overall we scored the following: first, third, last, respectively. Hello rigged btw. There is no way male cheerleading got third place. Someone is trying to screw us over. Also I don't know about the song girls either, yes junior chics had the nice scandelous sarongs and sophomores had the sweet innocent britney type school girl thing going, but damn, we have hot chics damnit. Oh yea their dance wasn't that bad either. I dunno about you, but there should be rioting or something at CVHS on Monday. This is horseshit. I didn't put myself in a bikini top for nothing here, kids. Bah. Oh yea, I don't know or anything, but what kind of ring is that? Also, when engaged, not all men wear rings right? Bah.

Anyways after homecoming, Gerald, Nick, Chester, Tracy, Gerald, Steph, Willy, Spencer, Kevin, Jhermaine, Rob and I went to see The Last Castle on IMAX. This movie was great. It had a nice plot, the acting was good, and the few action scenes were well acted out. This movie was definately worth my nine dollars. After the movie, the rest of us [besides Willy and his brother] went to eat at Taxi Hamburger. Even though the food is a little pricey, the food there is above mediocre. Oh yea, coming back on the freeway, some whack ass thing happened. We were cruising on the freeway, and while driving I move into the fast lane in front of the other car. I didn't even cut him off; maybe he had to step off the accelerator, but he didn't have to hit the brakes. He stays right behind me and starts flickering his high beams at me nonstop. Wtf with that. Then he pulls up next to me and we start pacing, while he keeps on muggin me. We were going 80 mph or so at this time. So then I let up a little and let him pass me, only so I could downshift into 4th gear and pass him back up on purpose. Then he catches up again and starts pacing again. By now we were going 90 mph. I was getting pissed, so I shift into 5th gear and we start going at it. After toying with him I finally pull in front of him. Now we broke one dollar on the speedometer, going 100 mph. Again he starts flashing me, but my exit was coming up in a mile or so, so I pull into the lane on the right. However there was one car in front of me, and one car on the right, so the guy pulls up on my left and boxes me in for about 20 secs. After we get past the car on the right, I pull into the slow lane to exit, he pulls into the lane next to me on the left and starts mugging me again. Right before getting off the freeway, I happily give him the finger and thanked him for losing. After getting back to my house, Gerald, Steph, Rob, Nick and Jhermaine came over to chill. The last of them left around 12:45 AM.

Woohoo so today the seniors marched through the courtyard for our parade. I think we did a good job of owning the rest of the classes. Today was pretty damn cool. Everyone was basically phyched up for the day. It was a great day; everyone in a good mood, good things happening, new potentials. Great stuff. Woohoo. Seniors own. Get out. Oh. Let's go seniors!

Male Cheerleading Continued
Well the whole week from 7:15 - 8:20 PM we've had practices/rehersals. Today we had a semi-dress rehersal in front of the admin. For some reason they thought our skit was about dealing drugs haha. Anyways after that we spent the whole time just going over what everyone's doing and stuff. Looks like it should go pretty well. Nothing really has been up at school lately. A lot of classes are going slow, mainly due to the fact that it's rally week. I dunoo I guess that's it for now. See ya guys around.

Today we had a meeting from 7:15 PM - 8:20. We basically already had the script ready, so we just made up and assigned parts. After everyone got their parts we kind of went over what kind of costumes we had to get. We then semi started on building props. After watching the A's fail in the 8th inning, we went home and that was that.

Weekend
Let's see, Friday after school the guys went to play some basketball at the rec. We didn't really do anything after, because Saturday morning 80 percent of us had to take the SAT test. Hopefully we all did well enough to help us out a bit. After lunch I went to the male cheerleading meeting at school for the last 30 minutes of it. When that was over some of us went to Nick's house where we spent a few hours before heading out to dinner at Jack In The Box. We finished the night by going to Will's house and watching some movies. As for today, I worked at Target from 11 AM to 4:30 PM. Work was pretty much the same, but luckily there were some reasons to be thankful for vision. This week at CVHS is homecoming week, so it should be pretty good. I hope at least. Everyone participate! Anyways hopefully this week proves to be a cool one. Bye for now.

Some Teachers Are Just Whack
Okay so today during 2nd period AP Statistics, first the techer lectures through her boring lectures, then we finish watching a video, with maybe 10 or 12 minutes left to go in class. About a good sixth of the class continues to do their work, and a good third of us are sitting around and talking about ourselves. The rest of the class are just sitting in their seats not doing anything. Instead of just telling the class as a whole to do our homework and be quiet, the teacher insteads picks out people who are and aren't doing their work and gives rewards [or punishes] them with points, both positive and negative. WTGF with that. Hello you damn teacher if you want us to work, just tell us and we'll shutup and do it [ok maybe just sit there, but quiet nonetheless]. We're not fucking little kids anymore, so don't treat us like them. Shiet. Give me negative points will you, damn you. Bah. Fine, I'll just spank the crap out of your next test then. Bah. Anyways besides that period, things were cool as usual, with nothing big happening, as usual. Tomorrow's Friday, so that's always a positive. So what are we doing tomorrow guys? Basketball or otherwise? We'll see. Late.

Exploratorium
Well today we went to yes, the Exploratorium out in San Francisco. It was pretty cool, and some of the exhibits were actually interesting. We left after first period and due to traffic, didn't get until around 4 PM. Nothing else really happened today, but I think there were some good paparazzi shots pulled in, oh. The Weekend
Well the weekend is finally up. Saturday I worked, and after that I went to Best Buy to get a new battery for my digi cam. After that I went to the mall with my family where I got some stuff. One good thing happened on Saturday at work; Will, Rob, Jhermaine and I all got our 90 day reviews. I guess we all did swell and all, but who gives a damn, the point is we all got a 50 cent raise woohoo. Bastards at Target. Anyways today I worked, and that's about it. After I came home I washed my car, ate dinner, got a hair cut, and now I'm now doing homework. We have a field trip for physics to the exploratorium on Tuesday, so that's something to look forward to.

End Of Week
Well schools been pretty cool. The weather has been nice lately. Our teacher has been out for 2 days now, which has been good haha. Also today we had a Honors Physics test. It wasn't too bad, but I hope that I pulled a high C on it at least. That's been about it. Too bad things didn't work out exactly as I wanted to today, doh. I went to play some basketball at the rec instead today with the guys. Also Rob, Gareth, and Tom all took laps in my car around Pineville. Man, the stupid Sony battery in my digital camera is fried or something. Damnit. I guess I'll be buying another battery from a store and then returning my old one, if their policy is cool with it. Oh. One small thing, I don't know what's up, but is there a money tree out there or something? If so let me get in on it! I don't know about you, but I still remember slaving every weekend for my paycheck. Do some of you guys have extra jobs or something? Dropin dope? Mafia connections? The only thing I'm sure about is my seven point two five hourly payrate at work. Leave this where it is, I'm done.

Senior Night
Well tonight was senior night, where we made appointments to see counselors and learn some stuff about college. It's weird how we're almost done...almost there! Anyways we first got there, and there were fatty lines to see counselors, so I decided to listen to the stuff in the beginning. After that, I made my appointment, then started going to workshops. The first thing i went to was the presentation on the University of California System. After learning a little bit, I went to the career center to grab applications for UC and CSU. Then I made my way to the presentation on independent/private schools. This was usefull because the guy basically talked about financial aid and that on average students receive $15,000 off the sticker price of the school. We then went to visit the military room to basically take free stuff, but then we started talking to the navy representative for a bit, and that was pretty cool. He actually made the navy sound cool and fun. He hooked us up with all the stuff to make it easier for him so he doesn't have to carry everything back. Willy even tried to get his keychain thinking it was free, but it was actually the guy's keychain with his car keys and gas card on it haha. So basically, the thug became the thugee. The thug got thugged haha. Anyways that's about it.

One more thing, not everyone is going to go to the school of their first choice. Shit happens. Accept the fact and deal with it.
