LPC Three Hours Longer
Started english 1a today. Class starts at 2:30 and goes to 4:05, so Jhermaine and I have to leave something like three hours earlier than we did for the last two weeks. =\ That class is ehhhh. The teacher seems whack, like she doesn't like teaching or something. She has no personality, and didn't even tell us what her name was. However, the material today in class was rather interesting, as we read an essay on the life of one Ernest Hemingway. We discussed his writing style, and his wishes to have certain materials published or not and the problems in his life, and the differerence between simply writing a paper and making and shaping a complete work. (that last sentence was an attempt to mimic his style, but not like you care) After class we went to Costco. We basically went up and down the left aisle grabbing free samples of stuff, haha. Highlights included a beef stew and some sort of latte/coffee thing. We were still hungry, so Jhermaine got a polish dog and I a cheese pretzel the size of my face. We then went back the the LPC library (like we always do) to sit around. I did some homework for precalc, but not before getting online (there's some new login system now, I thought I did something bad or something) and checking and writing some email. Psych sounded like it was getting difficult, but after class in the library (haha library again) I actually read the book some (wow) and it made sense haha. Precalc went by quick, as the instructor let us out at 8:45 haha. Came home watched both American Idol and the A's game. Man that A's game was a real nail biter! What's with giving up a 11-0 lead? I think the A's need to beef up their bullpen, they give up too many runs, so the starters aren't getting their wins. At least the team won, I suppose. As for American Idol, glad to see that my 3 votes helped Kelly win. I can hardly wait for the actual release of the single on CD, so I can get rid of these janky sounding tv rips. Good night.
