Not too while ago I got back from seeing
Gangs of New York. I personally liked the story and enjoyed the movie, but I can see why some wouldn't. The mofo working at the ticket booth wouldn't give me two student tickets, citing something along the lines of "one ticket per id." What kind of garbage is that? It's not his money, it's the theaters, and now that I think about it, it's my money dangit. I guess I shouldn't complain too much; Regal doesn't even offer student discounts, those punks. Before the movie I met some of my cousin's friends - two guys (forgot names... who cares, haha), and two girls, Jasmine and Katie. Though not really my crowd, these kids were pretty nice. It's pretty funny how these kids live in Anaheim Hills, but they're still stingy with dinero.
The cousin was lazy so he made me drive. I haven't driven a suv in a while, but getting reacquanited with the harder braking didn't take too long. Too bad the keys to the IS300 weren't around tonight. That would have made for a swet rides. Pics to come later.
Yes, while I am a "nerd" and get made fun of by my uncle about being straight or not, I do not live under a rock. When I wake up I have to go shopping with some relatives to help buy a digicam because they're noobs. Olympus 5050 then?
