After watching the Lakers return home to Staples and beat down on the Spurs, some of us went over to Will's house. First we went to Jack-In-the-Box (as is tradition) to get some food. The first movie we saw was
The Recruit. Liked the movie, the acting was great, and the training scenes in the beginning were pretty cool. Slight plot twist at the end was a tad confusing, but I did alright with it. It's about a bartender by night and a hacker by late night who is recruited by the CIA. Second movie was
Boat Trip. This guy, Jerry (dope name), proposes to his girlfriend in the beginning only to get shot down. Six months later, he's still looking at her on his desktop and pretending to touch her face on the screen (you foos know). Eventually his friend convinces him to go a week long cruise. Turns out it is a gay cruise. As far as comedies go, it was no better or worse than others, but this movie was really funny. All the orientation jokes, and Cuba Gooding's acting was superb; he seemed so real. Anyways he finds a woman on the ship and falls in love. Oh and the chick is hot.
