it’s just that sometimes my imagination gets the best of me
Got out of bed super late. I'm guessing that I'm getting ready for summer or something. Less than four weeks of this garbage and it's fun time. Well, not really. Just no more serious school duties for a while. Summer school, and work. That's going to be about it. None of that "summer nights" stuff. I hear there's a part three that's going to be set in the 70's and they're going to ask the original stars to be in it.
Saw
Phone Booth with my mom this afternoon. Yes, it's everything hyped up to be, albeit only being an hour and twenty minutes long. The movie's acting was superb, the pace flowy, and it actually was intense and thrilling at times. I really don't like the reason behind holding him in that phone booth. Turn's out the sniper is mad at him for his moral crimes. So he lies to his friends and coworkers (protagonist is a publicist), and thinks about being with another woman even though he's married. I think that's absolutely crap and unfair to him (and to men). It's one thing to be that cheating sob and one thing to be the perfect husband, but there has to be some middle ground to compromise. So he was having his thoughts, but he still took his ring off when he did and felt guilty. The simple rule is as follows: actions > words > thoughts. His decision how to act and proceed was pleasing. Now I don't know what the married life is like (hell, I don't even know what the non-single life is like, oh), but shoot, nobody's perfect. You all should know that. The same applies if he did sleep with her. I wouldn't condone it, but there's just no way of knowing the future. Anybody who does make that
guarantee is a fool. */me adds 2 more years atop that 2007 deadline* My only other gripe was that Katie Holmes only has like five minutes of screen time, haha.
Watched some bball playoff games. Eastern conference game was pretty good, but the Sixers never really caught up. As for the Kings/Mavs game, simply put the Mavs got blown out. The final score isn't indicative at all as to how unclose the game really was.
Didn't really watch Am Idol because I didn't like the theme (all Bee Gees songs). The
Smallville episode was crazy good. Maybe that's because Kristen Kreuk was in like every scene. Anyways, the question of the night was how the two were holding hands at the end and
not do what everybody expected. Right before that part, I swear the writers of the show got hold of a saved conversation and put it into the show. I looked it up, and they plagiarized it like how we plagiarize our essays. Not quite the exact same wording but good enough to pass as your own.
Turns out someone else has basically the same reoccuring dream as I do. HAHA. Weird.
Put up another
picture of the lovely Miss Jennifer Garner up on my wall.
