A's Game, CVHS Graduation 2003
Oh boy been lax with updates. Let me take a moment to rethink the past few days. Wednesday went to the A's game with a bunch of friends. First time taking BART to the coliseum. We managed to get tickets off a scalper, haha. Anyways the seats were in the nosebleed section, but the view surprisingly isn't
that bad. Besides it being freezingly (that a word?) cold, and the fact that the A's ended up losing were the only bad things that happened.
A la
http://www.retardedman.com style, a list of food consumed:

1 garlic fries ($5.00)

1 ice cream
22 dollar hot dogs

Ah Thursday. First Will, Jhermaine, and I went to the mall to get a few things for the kids leaving the high school. Did a little strolling around, which is always good btw at the mall, then bounced. Hung out around Will's house for a while before walking to the high school to sit through graduation. Like the grandest graduation of 2002, it was cold and chilly. It felt shorter than I remember, but I don't think I'm exactly right with that assertion. Anyways the event came and went, and pics and stuff came afterwards. It was (mostly) good seeing those I haven't in a year, and especially those I haven't seen in like, 3-4 years. Pretty weaksauce with the two straight years without a senior prank though. Anyways, to Flora, AJ, Ken, and all you other recent grads, congrats and welcome to the years where you're really no longer a kid, but in no way are adults yet. Oh.
Went to Will's afterwards. Met by Gerald and Tom who showed up later. First we made a food run at Jack's, then came back to start the movie. Watched
Tears of the Sun. Navy SEAL's have to extract a doctor in some ghetto, war-torn African country, but she doesn't want to go without all the indigenous people. I thought it was a pretty good movie, although there were only really like two action scenes in this movie. Ending is pretty unfortunate with all the casualties taken.
Light hearted chat on who to marry, what to name kids, and who I'd rather bring home to the family. In typical Jerry style, the crowd was literally rofl.
To keep this post rather positive, I'll save some other bits for a later post.
