you aren't trying much too hard to get the message through
Friday some of us went out for dim sum out in Fremont. Afterwards we went to Valley Fair mall in San Jose. My first time there. Mall's not bad. Probably a lot better on busy days, if you catch my drift. Didn't buy anything, which is a currently a good thing with the lack of funds. Took the nice scenic route home on the San Mateo Bridge, but the the mofos fell asleep.
Saturday evening a few of us saw
Underworld. Idon't understand why critics rated the movie so poorly, it wasn't bad at all. After watching the movie, I'm convinced that Kate Beckinsale is hot enough for me to buy the movie poster. A few more of us was supposed to see the movie, but ended up being excused and the other again had to struggle with ambivalence. Our house had company over for dinner, so the food was extra good. Also, the event was a good excuse for some alcohol intake, which is always cool.
Sunday is sports day, so that's what I did. Watch sports. Football, baseball, volleyball. Stupid Niners lost with 30 seconds left in the game. A's owned the Mariners, but Giants lost to the Dodgers. I also find myself watching more and more beach volleyball, for obvious reasons.
