There is a new blogger layout. Let me update this chronologically in a backwards fashion. Since I have a tendency to write in large blocks, I will start adding a few choice quotes/tidbits between paragraphs to make your overall reading experience easier. You're welcome.

Today, I woke up around noon to get ready to watch the Spurs @ Lakers game. Pretty exciting. Lots of energy, as Shaq again dominated and Payton finally stepped up. Paker and Duncan started building the foundation to the brick house they seem to be working on. Nothing big though, cuz you're supposed to win on your home court anyways or something. In between quarters and afterwards were spent watching the Flames at Sharks go into overtime. Stupid Sharks couldn't score on a 5 on 3 advantage! Ended up losing the game, but that's probably cuz none of you saps watched it.

Yesterday (Saturday) evening Will and I went out to Concord to meet Philip, Mike, Tim, Phillip, Hank, and Cathy for Stephen's birthday dinner. We were supposed to have it like two weeks ago, but nobody showed up at the restaurant when Stpehen planned it. We were supposed to eat at Claim Jumpers, but due to the insane amount of people who eat there (some people did their prom (retarded/overhyped tradition btw) dinner there, wtf?), the wait was going to be a long one. While we were waiting we played Pai Gow on the benches, but eventually said screw it and ate at Tony Roma's instead. We continued the Pai Gow while the drinks and appetizers came, and again after we had our main dishes. We then headed to the Oakland casion (I mean house), which is only like fifteen minutes away from CV (like going to Dublin and back), to play some poker, Pai Gow, and Perudo, haha. Got home around 4:00 AM and hit the sack. Thanks Stephen for buying me the Long Island Iced Tea.

Friday afternoon some of us went to the rec to play some basketball. After winning a few games of two on two, we called it a day. It was good to do some exercise again. During the daytime I saw Kill Bill Volume 1. Interesting movie. Either you like it or you don't. I leaned toward liking it. Uma Thurman was really kick-ass. I'm curious to see how the movie ends.

During the schoolweek I've just been going to most classes and sitting in absorbing all the wealthy knowledge around me! What a crock. I hate the damn semester system. Shit lasts too long. Definately going to transfer somewhere on the quarter system.

Thursday I was talking to some girl in one of my classes, and when class was over she walked past me. The conversation went something like this:

Referring to the string, of course. She wasn't like being serious/upset about it or anything, so don't go asking to get me suspended or something. Oh wait, nevermind. Too bad I'm still kinda weak at this sort of thing. A p1mp (or a real man) would have said:

Freaking Garrett suggested the string might have been her tampon. After extensive research and questioning, the claim was rejected, and the conclusion was she was just wearing an old pair of panties. Thank goodness.

On Tuesday I was about to show up to my speech class and say I forgot my speech in my printer tray, but my English class beforehand was cancelled so I had a good three hours almost to write one up about how the three strikes law is fair and effective. After my speech the teacher said it was well prepared. Hah! You wish. I must be a good public speaker or something. Thanks.

Last Thursday (April 29) I saw 13 Going On 30 at Century Bayfair. I had a coupon for free admission so it didn't cost anything. Loved the movie, albeit I'm a bit biased towards Jennifer Garner. It's great to see her showing her acting range, doing both action (Alias, Daredevil) and a comedy. Oh and a twenty something was checking me out. Your welcome.

While driving back from Bayfair I kinda got lost driving through the residential streets. Then I looked towards the hills and saw the tall, white crosses of Neighborhood Church. I used them to get back to CV. Now the joke part is that I had a guiding light in the crosses and that seeing them was a sign from God. BWAHAHAHAHAAH!!!

Last week were the season finales of a few shows, The O.C., Scrubs, and What I Like About You. Can't wait for next season. Friends ended it's ten year run. It was a great, funny show that many followed. 51 million were on hand to say good-bye. After two weeks (about twenty hours worth) of Call Of Duty, I finally beat it.

I think someone got confused at the docks and stumbled onto the wrong boat thinking they were all the same. Dead wrong. There's a big difference.

I will end the blog portion of this post with a bit of free advice: If someone wanted you to just listen to them they'd talk to a statue instead.
