Whatever It Takes
Well besides the usual routine of waking up and going out to eat right away, coming back home and then going out again to eat dinner, I managed to squeeze in a movie on TV. Whatever It Takes is basically another one of those movies on high school life, but I actually liked this one. There are some pretty whack lessons preeched in the film, but also a few good ones worth living to. The movie is funny as heck, so that's another bonus. Later today I'm set to hand my uncle his ass in a bowling match.
Oh yeah on that high school chick who dunked in a game. Gg I guess, it's about time.

What A Day
Well, I woke up yesterday around 11 AM. After getting dressed and ready, we went out to eat at some dimsum place which we've liked for a long time. My brother had to get new glasses again, so I took the liberty of getting another pair of sunglasses lol. For dinner we ate at some restaurant which served a variety of "bows", shaiomais and other customary chinese small dishes. The restaurant featured a glassed kitchen on two sides so people could look into the cook area and see how everything's made fresh, not that frozen crap. Anyways the restaurant is also franchise, but this was the only one in the U.S., while having one in Taiwan and one in Japan. While over there, I spotted a lot of girls that Will would have liked, oh. I came home to watch the Lakers lose for the second straight time, and I must say Laker rookie McCoy sucks horse so far. Before just finishing my shower, I saw two Natasha Henstridge movies, arf.

Again My Rant On Religion
Uh. All I have to say is. Either you believe in it and follow it, or don't do it at all. As with many things in life, don't half ass it. Don't want to do something, end up doing it, and end up feeling guilty or that you sinned doing it. It's your choice, don't make excuses. This is why some people who claim it are bs'n themselves and others.

News From Southland
Hey how's it going yall? Happy belated Xmas or whatever you celebrate. Let me tell you, living down here is great. The only things around here are cars, food, girls, more food, and more girls. Woohoo! Anyways, for Xmas my family went over to my uncle's house out in Anaheim Hills. I ended up spending the next two nights there hanging out with my cousins. The day after Xmas we hit the renowned South Coast Plaza, which has all the normal stores and stores such as Hugo Boss (where my cousin works), A|X, Gucci, and Versace. Since I had no ride back to my grandma's house that day, I stayed over at my uncle's house another night. Oh yeah I saw Pearl Harbor on DVD, and it's a damn good movie. All I have to say is, if you haven't seen it yet, go see it. The weather down here is nice, and dayam, 87 octane gasoline is only 91 cents a gallon! Premium is $1.17! That's about it for now, So far I'm liking my vacation, but too bad I forgot to do something last Thursday, which would have made it really great. :\ One more thing, after seeing Pearl Harbor, all women should curl their hair. It looks nice.

Concert Turnout
The concert went well. The house was nearly full, the sounds were good, and the audience was great. Everyone did what they were supposed to. We ended up leaving around 5:50 PM or so, running in and out of traffic along the way. We fared pretty well though, showing up around 6:40, including finding a parking space. The event itself was cool. A couple parts here and there were a little off, but no matter. The day rounded out to be an 8 of 10 day. Only a couple of things kept it from being a perfect one. On an unrelated note to being a bad day, after Rob and I found our cars, we ended up taking 20 minutes or so finding our way back to the damn church. Damn Berkeley and everything about it. Damn those one way streets, lack of signs and road marks, the homeless bums on the street and ghettoness. Bah. Now I have to write up 4 things before I go to sleep. Last day tomorrow!

Time To Go
Aite folks, for all those in the higher choirs or in the orchestra, it's time to report to BART and go to Berkeley to rehearse our concert. It was a nice 2 hour and 45 minute break, though.

My Dream Last Night
Okay kids let me share with you my dream I had last night before I forget it. It involved yes, a girl, but not in the way you think. No it was not sexual, romantic, or anything else of the norm. It involved a girl I knew last year, but graduated and doesn't currently go to CVHS anymore. Vaguely, I saw her maybe six or seven years down the road, at some outdoor event, like a barbecue or festival type thing. She was mostly still the same, awfully nice and kind outside, but one major thing had changed, her appearance. No longer was she 5' 5" - 5' 6" 110 - 115 pounds or so with amazing legs and gracious hair, but a woman with an extremely large "pooch" (as daz would put it), chunky thighs and a hair cut which resembled a mans. Everything looked janky. When I first walked into the area, I noticed someone familier who was very pretty, which turned out to be her sister. I eventually got around to talking to this woman I once knew years ago, and found out many a thing. About her second or third year into college, she got pregnant with her boyfriend of four/five years. They were a very happy couple, with immediate plans of marriage. However, while in the early stages of her pregnancy during one of her routine practices in the sport that she was known for, she got injured. At first everything was fine, but later some there was some undetected impact on the unborn child, and she ended up losing the child. Disgusted and anguished, the boyfriend left, leaving her behind. Five years which encompassed her young adult life, which was filled with joy at the time had been washed away down the drain. Depressed and chronically changed forever, she dropped out of her prestigious school and ended all hopes to fulfill a once promising life. She ended up not doing anything with her life, living with her parents, and not caring about anything anymore. All this because of a man who was too stubborn to give things a second chance. I ended up saying my final goodbye yet again to her, but this time with a different perspective.
Then I woke up, freaked as hell and hoped that something like this would never happen.

Today
I worked it, and it sucked. Then we went to look at Mercedes and Infiniti. Then I ate dinner. Later Vicky came by to pick something. Then I watched the Lakers spank the Warriors, as expected. Four more days of school this week, then it's all good. Woohoo! Clear the calander this friday? I now leave you with a quote from a show I just saw.
The Five M's to a relationship:
"First you meet, then mate, she moves in, get married, and she gets fat."
"But the last one starts with a F."

Preliminary Arguments
Okay Will, I know blogging back and forth and arguing between posts wont accomplish, but what the heck. Since you're off playing games I'll start this here and we can finish later. First let's just get rid of the obvious, I just don't understand wtf I was banned for last night. Maybe you were doing it for the heck of it, maybe not I don't know. Now for the more subtle. I'll start in your order...dictionary definitions. That was my way of expressing my disgust at the new style of play I've observed while playing counter-strike. Haha what do you know, a damn computer game. I was just pissed at first how when we all first started playing the game and I would get bitched at for camping left and right, left and right. Now most of the time I see more camping than I did back in the YMCA. I realize that only a few of you play this new way, but it's just whack how when I complain about it now I get bitched at. But who cares right? It's just a damn game that will only be a spec of our in-progress gaming history. Maybe I was ahead of my time in the beginning, and now everyone has just caught up, who knows and who gives a damn. Comments out of ass, yeah I know it happens, but I'm not the only one dishing it, so leave it at that. Fucking around. Well yeah I know that happens too. However, like I've said, it only happens with stuff I don't care about. When something actually important to me is going down, you can be sure I'll be straight about it. Simply put, if I don't care about it, then whatever. If it causes me to be looked upon by others, then so be it. If I cared about their opinions I'd restrain myself more. Whining, damn. Let me tell you, I can bitch like a mofo huh? There's nothing I can really say about this, except yeah I realize it and I'll try to cut back. Sometimes it could be due to something intangible like bad weather, or sometimes it's one of those things were I do actually find important or half serious and some of the people around me don't. I guess there's nothing really to be done here, except just for both me and the other side to look beyond our own opinions and try to see things from the other side. Also I think getting pissed at others is related to the same thing. Now for the big one. The homo thing. While it doesn't really matter too damn much because first and foremost, obviously I'm not gay. However after a long while of it, or of taking it during a bad day, it starts to suck. I don't understand how you can let someone like Allen stick keys up places and slap your asses and watch him hit on people like Chris and not refer to him as homo even in a funny way. Also theres the fact of those certain few who haven't really earned the right to dish so much themselves because they themselves are shitting and kidding themselves out. But who cares about that, it's damn funny. Anyways this brings me up to my point. You want some things to stop, I want some things to stop. It's not someone's getting gypped in the end. So fine, let's do it. Give each other some leeway and slack here and there, and make things work. Oh and for the whole LiznReg. That's just for CS and the irc channel. Do you seriously think that I'll subject myself again to the same situation as last year? Fuck no. Been there done that once, I'm not taking another hit in grades and morale again. I might talk like I'm going after them, but after consideration the last few days and couple weeks, yeah right. For the second/third time now I guess, it's time to have friends of the opposite sex who are attractive and not have a relationship in romantic kind of way. But there is someone else now...who doesn't have a bf. Like whoa, eh?
Like I said going back and forth between blogs might not do much, but hopefully it's a start. =)

Recap of the Day
Well, I learned that in AP Environmental Science, I have a 88 percent. That kind of sucks because I'm only getting that grade because I haven't done maybe 6 assignments or so. Also the class [comprised of many juniors, only two half good looking ones though] average is something like 92 percent. Anyways after that in AP Statistics we took a quiz on section 4 of chapter 4. I'm glad to say it went well. However next period in Physics Honors, the story was quite the inverse. Let's just say that if the last test's curved A grade was a 69 percent, this one will be lower. Hopefully I got my 70 percent after the curve, oh. In Government, we basically finished the video on the presidents and started studying for our POTUS game. MCL was cool as usual, as I slept through a large portion of the period, but I was semi jacked by Chester in the beginning of the period, when he suddenly and purposely said something and I ended up getting blamed for it. Not like it was something bad or anything, but it was still me who turned red with the blame :\. Anyways that's about it, need to do the fishbowl questions and continue studying for POTUS. Woot tomorrow is Friday!

WTF
Damnit I just finished my 20 point MCL essay. Why tf am I doing all my work in that class and trying hard, while I neglect AP Stat and Physics Honors?? Damnit. What a waste of time. Stupid senioritis.

Our Reaction to Recent FBI Raids
While the staff at iSONEWS sympathizes with the friends and associates of those arrested during Operation Buccaneer, we would like to stress that emotional reactions to the events of December 11 and 12 only foster an environment of hostility and panic. While it may be unreasonable to ask even those remotely affected by recent events for trust right now, it is imperative that individuals acquaint themselves with their Constitutional rights and the seemingly innocuous ways they may waive them in order to appropriately respond to interactions with law enforcement.
Terminology used in media coverage of the FBI raids coupled with the conveniently broad and vague grants of authority found in the recently-signed Patriot Act indicate the distinct possibility that accused copyright violators may be tried as terrorists, or in the very least, as members of a vast criminal conspiracy. Conspiracy proceedings differ from traditional criminal cases in the respect that the defendant's assumed intent to commit a crime can be punished in addition to the crime itself. Additionally, all proclaimed members of a conspiracy agreement are held accountable for the actions of their alleged conspirators. In other words, members of a conspiracy can be tried and punished for the actions of others under a theory of shared criminal intent. Because the thoughts and opinions of fellow conspiracy members may reveal important insights into this collective desire for mischief, shared rumors and simple hearsay may be used as evidence in a criminal conspiracy proceeding. As such, the staff of iSONEWS strongly suggests that individuals refrain from garnering information about alleged pirates or spreading rumors about piracy-related activities. Such actions may prove to be unjustly damaging to many. The staff of iSONEWS offers this advice not to help individuals avoid prosecution, but instead to safeguard individual rights from government agencies working in concert with organizations who openly oppose privacy guarantees. iSONEWS respects the law, but we strongly believe that the law should respect individuals.
iSONEWS does not condone nor sanction piracy, but we also do not endorse government actions taken against citizens at the behest of self-interested corporations. Perhaps it is time for industry pundits and legal thinkers to view the distribution of data on the Internet as something other than profit loss for the rich. It may be that the success and rampant popularity of unsanctioned intellectual property distribution over the Web, newsgroups, ftp servers, and file-sharing applications like Napster reveal a societal shift in attitudes toward intellectual property and copyright. Unfortunately, it appears that the government has seen fit to aid the RIAA, MPAA, IDSA, BSA, and others in their monopolistic stance on data media. It is unfortunate that corporate greed has silenced this debate before it really had the opportunity to get started.

In addition, I have a physics test, a stat quiz that wasn't pushed back to friday because people in normal phyiscs complained and a damn essay in MCL that's worth 20 points due. Booo. Weak stuff.

Ideal Girl
Here are some basic wishes:
"good looking, nice body, likes sports, likes to laugh, fun to be with, cool with my friends, wants to hang out with me, someone i can bring home to my parents...sounds corny but i dont want a hoe, i want a good girl"
No doubt someone has to fit that minimum frame.

TGIF!!!
Yep today was Friday. Toot! Anyways school was school, and school is cool, so today was cool. Nothing really went on in classes, but watching Lion King next week in MCL is something to look forward to. After school Kevin, Chester and I went to Subway, where I ate lunch. Tracy needed a ride back to work, so after eating my meal we went back to CVHS to pick her up then drop her off. We then played some basketball today, which we didn't last week due to some pansy ass excuses. I finally cleaned all the stray clothes off the floor in my room, and now I'm deciding whether I should clean the other side of my room or just go to sleep or who knows what. Work is tomorrow, and work sucks, so tomorrow will suck. Oh yeah, I haven't seen so much camping since the YMCA. But on a different note, to see if I still have some damn dignity, I'm gonna see if I can make it through the school week without any CS next week. Into the Woods, tomorrow anyone?

ATT Broadband Internet
Yep the internet is finally back, after about 2 days delay. Let's see let's start from Saturday morning. Jhermaine, Chester and I went to Hayward High to take our respective SATs. There we met Gerald, Steph, Trish, Lynn and a few other people. Hopefully they went well for all those who took them. Anyways it was raining like a mofo and cold as heck, and Jhermaine didn't want to eat cold food for lunch, so us three plug Gerald, Steph, and Gerald's bro Kevin went to the Chinese bbq place next to Round Table's for lunch. After eating there Chester and I went to Jhermaine's house to play some Metal Gear Solid 2. That game, like the original, is off the hook. We played till about 3:30 or so, when Chester and I left and went to run some errands across Castro Valley, with me buying Chester a sandwich for a snake in the process. Damnit. Anyways after about 30 minutes of Chester laughing at me, we made our way back home where Chester stayed over a little bit to play some NFL Blitz. There was no internet, so I ended up sleeping around 10 PM or something like that. As for Sunday, I worked at Target from 11 AM till about 4:30 PM. Work is getting busy now, but I guess it's almost funner that way. School today was the same as usual, nothing really big. Not yet anyways. That's about it, time to watch the Warriors go up against the Suns. Oh yeah, senioritis, I have it. All the important college applications are turned in, all the SATs are taken. School work can bow down. Best and only thing now to do is wait until March or whenever the responses come back. Take my advice, don't even trip or stress out over the next four months...who knows what you'll be missing. Unless you had plans to go to Harvard, you'll live regardless. Oh.
