Okay lets see. Lets start off with some school updates. On Tuesday while sitting in English class waiting for the teacher whose always late, we started talking about how whack the teacher is. Someone then mentioned the fact the teacher is missing her right pinky. The laughing wasn't that loud cuz it's really not that funny, but someone then mentioned that the teacher had hair on her chin. Now in that janky classroom there's a whiteboard right on our side of the room, so as the teacher got closer I noticed the missing pinky. Not great comedy, but still good enough to get me to laugh. Then as she got freaking too close, I noticed the hair on her chin. Pretty damn gross. I'm not just talking a few stubborn strands that come back right after shaving; it was like a freaking mini soul patch goin on. Christ. Damn left wingers.

On Wednesday I got to class at 12:15 (15 minutes late), only to have the teacher finish up class an hour early at 12:50. Talk about a waste of time. Chester and I then went to TK for lunch.

Today in English we got back our essays, and the only possible grades were a check and a check plus. Buth got a check and felt he was shafted because of his conservative views. His paper, afterall, focused negatively on immigrants, including the idea they should learn to speak the English language or leave the country. He complained and got his plus. I'm not so convinced it was his conservative views that owned him; my paper was on abortion and of course I have the pro-life ideal. Maybe she just doesn't like you Buth.

For speech class we had to do a ten minute presentation on a section of the book. Buth and I were paired with two fobs. While thinking up what we were going to say, it was mentioned that we (Buth and I) only needed to speak one minute each because the fobs would each take 4 minutes saying what they had to say. There's just so many of them in my classes this semester.

As for today, Chester and I went to play some basketball in Oakland for some church. Stephen told us about it and tonight was open gym so we all decided to go. I guess since we were last in getting there, we were the last team in the rotation, haha. Anyways, it was 5vs5 on a 2/3 length court. As mostly always, especially with this team (playing with Stephen, John, and Forest), I took my spot as the role player. I'd rather do a little and win than a lot and lose.

What is the up my friends? I really can't remember what's been going on lately. I went over to Stephen's house Friday and Saturday nights to play some PS2. He beats me everytime on NBA Live, but I want to say it's due to the PS2. The second night I found out he had Karaoke Revolution so we did that for a while. That game is pretty cool, haha.

I'm not sure what I've done. Probably nothing significant, haha. I'm sure I've watched a few games, and some TV. Today I did go play bball at the rec semi competatively for the first time in a long time. My conditioning is horrible. It's not like my legs stop working or something, I just can't run up and down the court anymore, haha. I could probably still turn in a quarter mile in < 1:15, but as for the whole mile? I wont make ten minutes, lol.

In an effort to lose more money, respect, and self-confidence (just kidding on the latter - I'm back to my immune demeanor), I've made another lunch bet. Back In Action
Yes classes are back in full swing. I've now had every class I'm going to for the rest of the semester. Right off the bat, I know that english is going to be the most difficult/demanding class. Teacher came in and started writing stuff on the board before even say hello. Weaksauce. Speech seems like it will be okay. Good thing Buth is in both of those classes. As for my morning class, psychology, it should be okay considering I've already taken a more progressive psych class beforehand. I don't know anyone really well (yet, oh) in there, but knowing these behaviorial science classes and they're "content", I know I'll make it. My one class at Chabot, stat, is crowded as hell. Good thing the teacher seems cool. Homework is optional and tests are open homework and notes. I do hope I do alright in there. As for Chabot itself, it sucks ass. I must have only seen one chick out there.

ARF Snowboarding 2K4
Well well. After numerous attempts and a lot of planning, the snowboarding trip finally happened over the weekend. Due to overlseeping and lack of packing ahead of time, we didn't leave until like late afternoon, haha. Kevin, Eric, Chester and I headed up to Davis and eventually found our way to the Will and Will apartment. That night was spent eating Dos Coyotes while watching the big but lackluster Lakers @ Kings game. It's pretty boring and unvaluable to beat a team of scrubs. Afterwards we played some poker where Will pulled the first ever straight flush (that I've ever seen). The rest of the evening was spent playing computer games, Xbox, watching Freaky Friday and playing Perudo. Around 3:30 or so we realized we had to get up three hours later and went to bed.

Of course we overslept and didn't wake up until like 7:00. After doing who knows what for a while, we finally woke Eric up (gave him some extra sleep cuz he was driving). We then stopped by Safeway to buy some supplies, then headed up the mountain. For some whack reason, the climate and temperature was getting better as the elevation increased. We arrived at Donner Ski Resort and quickly got our stuff. After a quick run, we decided to eat lunch. Good call because my feet/ankles were just getting owned. Whether it was because of the food or just being warmed up, after lunch my feet didn't hurt anymore. We all had a good amount of runs before calling it a day. The best thing about going to the snow? It's the snow bunnies. Obviously. Oh.

We got back to Davis and ate dinner at Applebees. After returning to the apartment most people just crashed. Some more time was spent playing Perudo, video games, and just general messin around. Eventually we started playing the sequal to The Hunter on the xbox and didn't stop until 5:30 or something. Woke up around noon and watched the two football games. I'm now going with the Panthers. For dinner we had good Japanese. When we got back Willy and Kevin each challenged me to some NBA Live. Of course I put them both down. We ended up returning to CV around midnight.

Another arf snowboarding trip is in the works for mid Marchish. Hopefully it will include most if not the whole complete norcal team roster.

24: Season One
I've spent the last three days watching the first season on what is probably the greatest modern show ever made. I only started watching the show this season, and with 1/3 of it complete, I wanted to "catch up" to help better understand what's going on now. The last two nights I've gone to 6:00 in the morning watching episode after episode, hour after hour. Ever since Kim snuck out of the house I wanted to know what will happen next. However, seeing what she looked like back in season one compared to her geeky/nerdy image now makes me sad. That is all. This show must be added to the list of must see.

In other TV news, I (of course) caught yesterday's episode of The OC, and I really can't stand that Oliver dude. Everytime I see him and Ryan in same scene I want Ryan to just beat the crap out of him. Also, I'm very sad to see Hailey go. She was so hot!!! I also saw most of the new Bachelorette and all I can say is WTF. Meredith is definately no Trista, hands down. They shoulda gone with Tina Fabulous. Last night also was the first new episode of Smallville in a while. Pretty much too much dude and not enough Kristin Kreuk, but her three minutes in workout attire made up for that.

My computer just owned my last ~500+ word post. Shit me to hell.

We were supposed to go snowboarding that Tuesday after poker but Kevin got sick haha. New Year's Eve was spent at Ray's house, with most of us being there while some of the others were doing who knows what. Ray's parents denied us alcohol, but Ray got "the next best thing" in a tub of energy drinks. MTV brought in the new year, and a performance by Hilary Duff capped it all off. When she performed, Rob, Ray and I got front row seats, haha. I don't know if it was the energy drinks or not, but some of us ended staying awake through the night and into morning blowing the wind over a whole lot of crap I can't remember except that some of it was garbage from the hs days. We left at 7:00 AM, haha.

I amazingly woke up at 2:00 the same day and went over to Trish's for new years. Her family was having a whole day party type deal and friends were invited. We spent the whole time kicking it in the new addition of the house eating good food and watching tv and playing pool. I was content with watching the Rose Bowl at first, which USC eventually won (I barely bothered with the Sugar Bowl), but Nick came by and wanted to play pool and I can never not take up a chance to beat him down at something.

That evening my family headed down to socal on a whim. As with most trips down there, it mainly consisted of eating, shitting, and sleeping. I did, however, get a pair of sunglasses.

Ah yes, some of us went to SF Deja Vu Centerfolds. It was the best 80 dollars spent over twenty minutes. Don't even try telling me otherwise. As someone said, girlfriends might be cheaper, but I ask, are they really?

I will try to recap my break so far into segments of events.

The few days before Christmas I can't remember. Christmas itself was spent at home, with nothing real big.

On Friday the 26th, I went to the Sharks game. Kirk, Tim, Philip, and Felix picked me up from my house before heading over to Dublin to meet up with the rest of the guys (Garrett, Brian, George, Phillip). We rolled out to San Jose HP Pavilion and met up with Hank inside. It was my first hockey game, and it was pretty ironic considering they were playing the Kings because I grew up watching that team. Anyways hockey is definately different watching in person than on TV. This particular game was great because we won 5-0 and there were two big fights. Afterwards we went to Milpitas for some dinner.

It was a great night because 1) first live hockey game 2) Garrett (haven't seen him since A's game in August) and Felix (no see in over a year) visiting from New York and Chicago, respectively 3) Felix gave me a cup full of baby convicts for my fish tank.

Afternoon of the 27th I woke up and ate lunch before heading out to Hercules. It was supposed to be a LAN, but everyone just ended up playing either the xbox or a game called Perudo, which is kinda like a diced version of BS. Took time out to watch the Sharks game on TV. Dinner consisted of a In-N-Out run, and even though someone stopped at Costco or something I guess to buy a boatload of candy and drinks I was still pretty much hungry. I guess red vines can only fill you up so much. As the night got later, various people took turns passing out on couches and the floor. Now I've only heard stories of George's snoring, but I only appreciated it after I was able to experience it in person. Eventually Will and I passed out on the couches in the family room around 6:00, only to wake up again a bit pass 9:00 haha.

Morning consisted of some more Perudo before going to IHOP for some brunch. Felix wanted more pancakes, and when asked how many he wanted, he answered three and instead of a stack of three the waitress came back with three plates instead, haha. So Felix stacked them up and started attacking them but I think he only managed four or five before giving up. We all went back to the house and played some ESPN Hockey before I left sometime in the afternoon. I was getting my jacket to leave, but apparently George was sleeping on it. I looked for a sleeve or something to pull, but if you know George's stature, you know it was a futile attempt.

That night, Nick, Rob, Eric, Kevin, Steph, Chester and I went over to Gerald's to hang out and play poker. We watched Old School while waiting for everybody to show. During the movie and poker we all had a few drinks, and pretty much had a great time. As beginner's luck would have it, Chester ended up winning the big jackpot of the evening. Eric, Kevin and I didn't want to make it back home so we crashed for the night.

I will conclude this segment with a question/advise:

If you can't handle or stand the taste of the easy/simple/basic alcohol we have now (beer, straight/mixed rum/vodka shots, and bitch drinks I mean malts), wth are you gonna do when we turn 21 and start trying stuff we've never heard of before? The first problem (stomaching) can be solved by trial and resilience. The second I can't help you with because that's just something you have to man up to and learn to like, as in making alcohol an aquired taste. Thank you.

I was having lunch today and I noticed the hottest non fob a team member at the table next to me. I passed the info on to my brother to only find out the selfish bastard was already 20 minutes ahead of me. Damnit. Sharing is caring!

The point of all of this? After thinking "whoa," I thought, "shit me" because I didn't have my camera. I'm soooooooooo so sorry to everybody. The next phone I'm getting will have a camera.

I just got home. Time for sleep.
