Okay lemme think what's been happening lately. Tuesday we got back our econ tests. I was pretty pissed. I missed a lot of bull crap questions that weren't even econ related. Example questions included if some kid was trying to decide whether to go out with his friends or stay home and study, he would be rational if 1) he was concerned his friends were going to do something illegal, 2) him going out would mean he wouldn't be able to study, 3) he wouldn't be able to afford going out, 4) all of them above. I hate teacher who put none/all of the above and make it not right. Screw them. Then there was another question asking what were compliments, 1) coffee and donuts, 2) dvd and videos, 3) apples juice and orange juice. Wtg kind of a question is that?

Wednesday we got back our music quizzes. I did well. So well that people around me were asking to see my paper to check answers, bahhaha. We were supposed to be watching the video, but naturally I fell asleep, even though I was sitting next to some pretty cute girl. I must be getting old.

Thursday was a big nothing in econ class. Afterwards I met Chester for lunch at Baja Fresh at the mall. Went for a little shopping afterwards. Knowing I'm close to being broke, I still bought myself a new shirt. Jeezus. I'm a damn shopaholic. Anyways I ran into Allen Chai in front of A&F, so we kicked it a bit before leaving. Also ran into Leo who still works at A&E.

Friday we had an accounting test. Wow it wasn't too easy. Soon after we started the teacher went outside for a bit, and I noticed a few heads leaning over to check out other people's papers. It was later brought to the teacher's attention that he messed up on the test, so he had to go to his office to make more copies. As soon as he left, well let's just say the class wasn't so quiet. People were straight up asking each other what the answers were, haha. Up and down rows, down the aisles, across the classroom. Very gg. As soon as the door opened, the class went silent. Hahaha, yessss.

Sometime during the week (Tuesday maybe, forgot) I watched Amistad. Great movie about the capture and struggle of slaves going through the American justice system. I saw parts of it back in the day, but never in its entirety. Is Steven Spielberg ever involved with a "bad" movie? Rarely.

Another movie I finally saw over the week was What A Girl Wants. Obviously geared towards the younger feminine crowd, but I still found myself enjoying it. Kelly Preston screams milf, and Amanda Bynes is always bangin' in those skirts.

Saturday I went over to J.R.'s house to help him more with his stereo setup. After a few hours of manual labor, it was decided we've done all we could. A little bit after we went to Kragen's to buy some stuff. I bought myself a K&N air filter, which is good for a potential 1 hp gain. Hahaha. I strolled over to Chester's house during the night to hang out a bit.

Sunday is sports. Watched sports all day. Lots of bad games, but a few good ones as well. No need for highlights, as you all should be following them anyways! Alias had it's season premier. I love that show, I'm totally head over heels for Jennifer Garner, and I can't wait for this season.

Worked on and finished my stupid take home portion of the accounting test. Hopefully I did okay.

Accounting must be one of the most boring classes available. How tf did all those CPAs sit through this garbage? Maybe their teachers didn't sound like they were about 85 years old. Oh wait, he probably is. Took a music quiz, and felt pretty good about it.

Went to Borders after class and tried the 40% off coupon, but it didn't work. Moseyed on over to Walmart, but they didn't have any Underworld posters. They had Hulk and Nemo and Matrix, so hopefully it's only a matter of time. I spent like five extra minutes there because there was a looker looking at magazines on the bottom row. You all know what that means.

Came home and watched the A's beat the Rangers, and the Giants beat the Astros. Raiders lost to the Broncos. They are sucking so far this year. Checked out the new NBC show Las Vegas with Molly Sims and Niki Cox. Needless to say I'll be watching it again next week.

Okay a dream I had last week or something. I was out somewhere public (like a street or something) at some party type event. Met this girl, hit it off great and started bumpin' and grindin' or something. After thinking about it a bit, I concluded that everything was possible because yes I'm that damn good, but not plausible because dancing isn't exactly my metier. That is all.

Friday some of us went out for dim sum out in Fremont. Afterwards we went to Valley Fair mall in San Jose. My first time there. Mall's not bad. Probably a lot better on busy days, if you catch my drift. Didn't buy anything, which is a currently a good thing with the lack of funds. Took the nice scenic route home on the San Mateo Bridge, but the the mofos fell asleep.

Saturday evening a few of us saw Underworld. Idon't understand why critics rated the movie so poorly, it wasn't bad at all. After watching the movie, I'm convinced that Kate Beckinsale is hot enough for me to buy the movie poster. A few more of us was supposed to see the movie, but ended up being excused and the other again had to struggle with ambivalence. Our house had company over for dinner, so the food was extra good. Also, the event was a good excuse for some alcohol intake, which is always cool.

Sunday is sports day, so that's what I did. Watch sports. Football, baseball, volleyball. Stupid Niners lost with 30 seconds left in the game. A's owned the Mariners, but Giants lost to the Dodgers. I also find myself watching more and more beach volleyball, for obvious reasons.

Including my drive to and back from class, I spent an hour in Livermore. Test in economics, and it went by fast. Someone finished in like fifteen minutes. I finished pretty quickly, and looked over some stuff before leaving. Hopefully I did really well.

Watched a little tv, tuned into the Giants game, and relaxed a bit around the house before heading out to Rivalution network center. I guess it's alright of a place.

Wow I'm so lax with blogging now. Let's get a quick rundown of the weekend. Friday we had a quiz in accounting. I did alright. That teacher is a mofo. The back row of the class had left after the break, and he was saying he should take attendance again so he could mark those people absent. What a prick. Also when someone asks him a question about the material (cuz he just babbles), before actually answering the question, he squeezes in a comment like "well if you read the book" or " according to the text you're supposed to read." What the hell? What an ass. Then I took a calculus 2 test and failed it. Sixteen problems or so, and I left about 10 blank. Four of the problems I used lead on was garbage. Got the solutions afterwards, and I think I earned a combined one credit's question worth. Maybe not even that much. Oh happy day.

After class I stopped by Target to pick up some personal items. Ran into Sam in the health and beauty section, and helped her pick out a shampoo, haha. Damn I'm good. Played some basketball later in the afternoon. It was good exercise.

Some of us woke up early (like pre 9:00 AM) to go to Six Flags to meet and greet Hilary Duff. I finally roll out around 9:45 and got to Hank's place in Emeryville around 10:10. After waking up and readying himself we finally made our way to Philip's in Hercules. By the time we got there, we had learned from a source inside the park that her "personal line was full." Dang. The only line left was the meet and not greet line, so we were like nahhh. Damnit. So we brunced at IHOP. Then we went to Regal in Dublin to hang out for a while. We tried to stay until the evening, but it was pretty hot so we ended up leaving only after 1.5 hours of waiting. We lack discipline. Damn those little girls that wanted to see Hilary Duff!!! They shoulda held this event on a Tuesday or something. Damn them!

Later on in the day I heard that Hank got one of his two wishes of the day granted. Yay!

As for Sunday, as soon as I woke up I was watching sports. Sports all day. Both bay area baseball teams won, and the Raiders won (barely) but the Niners lost. There were a lot of football upsets this weekend. Not good for our fantasy (sorta fantasy) stats.

Our evening consisted of a drive out to Berkeley. First we picked up Corinne (sp?) from her house along highway 13 and dropped her off at Foothill (whatever unit 4 is called). Will, Nick and I visited Flora in her dorm for an hour or so (nice little place). She seems to be having a grand ol' time there. Sometimes I wonder wth all those hot chicks I see walking on the street live. We then headed over to Carol's for her cottage warming party, but the crowd had dissipated by the time we got there. HAHAHA. Suckered. Good thing we weren't the last ones there (Chris Wong and his mom showed up after us, haha). Oops.

Coming back home on highway 13, I noticed a car coming up behind me who decided to make a pass at me. We were going like 80 mph. Normally that's cool and all, but this was a Mitsubishi p.o.s. (Mirage) tha was decked out with an aftermarket tachometer and oil gauge with indigo displays, and an exhaust and spoiler. All the useless crap basically.

I had to give this guy a flyby in return. I pulled into the other lane and downshifted into fourth. Around 100 mph I pulled even with him. We switch lanes with one another, and I downshift to third to pass him on the left. He pulled behind me and tried to chase but he eventually gave up. Top speed reached: ~117 mph. Then I realized that I burned some serious gas, and back in CV I bought 1.5 gallons of gas cuz my light came on, haha. I couldn't help wth that guy was doing, because a stock Mirage only has like 90 hp or something like that. No amount of money into that thing makes it that much quicker.

Got music quiz back... and didn't do too bad. The listening portion went well. These two (blonde) girls got the two highest grades in the class. Not to jump to conclusions or anything, but that just seemed a little weird. The teacher calls them "the laughers" because they don't shut the hell up. After they announed having the highest score in class, the teacher mentioned half-jokingly for everybody to do their own work, and that his quizzes are easy to cheat on.

After class Tuesday I met Chester at the mall for some California Pizza Kitchen. We saw Steph walking around so we invited her to join us.

The vacation from last monday seems so far away. Tuesday after class I went to the transfer/occupation center to make some copies. The secretary got pretty mad when I went to the back to use the copy machine, because apparently students aren't supposed to be using it for personal uses. On Wednesday we took our first quiz in the music class. I'm pretty sure a lot of people were suprised at how difficult it would be. The material itself isn't too demanding, it's just the detail and the instructor's method of asking his questions. In a stack of about 10 papers I had in my hand, 9 of them had scores of < 23 out of 48. Then there was this one nerd that had a 39 or something. Punk. I think it was after class Wednesday that I went into Target and reapplied for my lousy previous position. There was still one thing I never got around to doing back when I was working.

Woke up half an hour Thursday morning to write a paper for my econ class. My first essay of the year. Only a page long, but that's because I busted out the 11 point font and 1.5 spacing. That paper was pretty damn good, if I say so myself. It was an analytical piece written in response to a very short politically based article. Had lunch with my dad at Chipotle in CV. We were gonna go to Val's but I guess they're closed for vacation for half a month. I went to the salon in the village later in the afternoon, to discover a hot chick browsing the aisles, and a new looker working behind the counter. I'll have to visit that place more ofeten now. Afterwards some of us played some basketball at the rec. I remember sucking really badly. Hecka slow and tired and crap.

Friday afternoon Tom, Nick and I went over to Chester's to install his car head unit. In keeping with typical fashion, it took us like 3x longer than it should have, but in the end we were successful. For dinner we ate at the Old Spaghetti Factory at Jack London Square. Food there is pretty good. Too bad that place closes like super early.

Saturday Nick, Chester and I headed out to Palo Alto to watch some San Jose SU Spartan vs Stanford U football. We ate dinner at a place in Santa Clara, ran a quick errand, then made our way to the stadium (where parking is free, btfw (*hint hint to that craphole known as Berkeley)). We sat near the end in the visiting section (the SJSU section), which provided an angled view of the end zone. When we first got there the Cardinal were down 0-10 in the second quarter, but because I got there, SJSU never scored again and Stanford ended up winning 31-10. I think we'll be going to see Stanford vs Notre Dame, and of course the Big Game that UCB will lose, all with a view from the 40 yard line. Go Cardinal.

Now as for today. I sat around in my chair and layed in my bed watching sports all day. So great, so great. First saw the A's get owned by the D. Rays. Then it was Roddick winning the U.S. Open. Following that was some women's double's beach volleyball (hehehe). After that was the Giants losing a lead in the 8th inning to lose the game. Niners owned the Bears, but the Raiders lost to the Titans because of some poor officiating and their crappy defense. I love Sundays September - June.

When I wasn't watching tv, I practiced the songs off of Metamorphosis.

Okay I haven't updated in a long time, and I promise to sometime very soon. I have accumulated many quotes and lines this week, so I'll share those with you for the time being.

The aquarium was a frenzy with all the fish eating the carcas of a bigger fish that had a fat hole in it's stomach, haha. After the meal we dropped off my cousin at the airport, then stopped by Costco to buy some stuff. Came home and watched X2: X-Men United. Great movie. I guess it's pretty hard to give every actor a lot of dialogue, but hey this isn't a drama we're watching. Jean looked good, Storm looked good, and Mystique (in human form) looked good. I look forward to the next sequel. Also, I did notice Mozart's Requiem in the beginning scene.

Oh the weirdest thing about meeting someone you know online for the first time in person is whether or not to shake hands, haha.
